I'm not sure on the when this happened, but my sister works at a prison near Scranton, Pa. Very near a nuclear power plant. Several months ago, a group of four men of middle-eastern descent were detained for repeatedly asking for directions to the power plant.

When stopped by authorities, the men said they were actually looking for the river near the plant to do some fishing. After a quick visual search of their car, the men were arrested. They had no fishing gear in their car, and when confronted with questions on the subject, the men revealed they had never been fishing and didn't know what they were supposed to have with them. The men did have cameras and video equipment in their bags though.

Don't know what ever became of it, the incident slipped my mind until I saw this story.
