TERRORIST-PROF NO MORE (Another clinton Terrorist Pardon)
New York Post ^ | 12/18/04

Posted on 12/18/2004 12:45:32 AM PST by kattracks

It looks like the virtual stranglehold that left-wing professors have enjoyed at the nation's colleges and universities has loosened a bit — a development that can only be applauded.

Except maybe by one-time terrorist Susan Rosenberg, who has just discovered that her academic tour of New York campuses is being cut short — because of protests from faculty, students and donors alike.

Faced with a negative reaction from donors (who closed their checkbooks) and even some prospective students (who withdrew their applications), Rosenberg backed out of a writing seminar she was to teach at upstate Hamilton College.

Meanwhile, she also lost her gig at CUNY's John Jay College of Criminal Justice, which declined to renew her contract to teach a writing course.

[snip]

For background, Rosenberg, former child-of-privilege-turned-'60s-radical, got an inexplicable — and thoroughly disgraceful — end-of-term gift of clemency from Bill Clinton that abruptly ended the 58-year prison term she was serving for terrorist activities.

Even now she doesn't believe she did anything wrong — since her extremist politics justifies even the most violent political activity.

She was indicted in the 1981 Brinks robbery that took the lives of three law-enforcement officers; lucky for her, the charges were dropped because her lengthy prison term on other charges seemed to guarantee her a lifetime behind bars.

At least it did before Bill Clinton became president.

[snip]

Happily, it became all-too-apparent that an unapologetic terrorist had nothing of value to impart to today's students — save as an example of egregious stupidity and arrogance.

It would be interesting to know who hired her in the first place.

Picked this up at http://ace.mu.nu/archives/058733.php

According to yesterday’s NY Daily News; “Since her release in 2001 - after her 58-year prison sentence was commuted by President Bill Clinton - she has worked as director of publications and communications at the American Jewish World Service.”

Here is a link to this outfit’s website showing her position. http://www.ajws.org/index.cfm?section_id=2&sub_section_id=1&page_id=175

The truly vile Clinton pardons, among a myriad of other nasty baggage, makes Hillarys' bid for the White House highly unlikely to succeed.

There are always useful idiots willing to act as employers of last resort for this type of human detritus.

I'm not surprised at all that Rosenberg, Boudin, Ayres, et. al., weren't ostracized by civilized society, considering how contemporary, post-60s/70s, culture views these bottom-feeders.

Namely, as "revolutionaries" who were oppressed by Big Brother, i.e. the U.S. military, intelligence agencies, etc., etc...

These Klinton sleaze buckets have committed so many crimes against this country, its going to be great fun taking Hilary down.

Do we know what motivated Clinton to pardon this bag of trash in the first place?

the gay and les lobby works with the left - i'll give you this if you give me that. add them all together and the make up 20% of the society, but the YELL very loud and most people just want to go about their business and be left alone. Thus they get what they want...little by little they are mainstreamed.

Bill Clinton lied when he said none of the people he pardoned on his last day in office had committed murder. It was only that none of them had been convicted of murder.

Do we know what motivated Clinton to pardon this bag of trash in the first place?

Probably a fist full of cash for the Library on stilts, or Clinton's Swiss bank account.

It's who was pardoned, not how many.

Nicely edited post. As to who hired her, I am much more interested in who was able to fire her!

Add to Carter's pardon numbers the thousands of draft dodgers who went to Canada.

While the above info is, technically, correct - what irked us all (at the time) was that better than half these pardons happened during his last day(s) in office. No other president issued wholesale pardons on the scale of WJC at the end of office.

That is what I was thinking as well.
