The political crisis in the Ukraine is expected to dominate a summit in The Hague Thursday between Russia and the European Union.
Russian President Vladmir Putin, who will lead the Russian delegation, has already congratulated Ukrainian Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych on his "convincing " victory.
Pro-Moscow Yanukovych had 49.46 percent of the vote while Yushchenko was named on 46.61 of the ballots, the commission said Wednesday.

Well, that's only if you count the exit polls. Luckily, we have a great ally in Putin, who helps Iraq hide its weapons of mass destruction and interferes in the democracy to its West. At least he's our friend. Who knows what he'd do if he didn't have Bush reading his soul? /sarcasm

Did you hear that all international observers, except of Russian of course, said that elections weren't fair ?
They cited EXIT polls. Remember exit polls, that showed Kerry beating Bush in a landslide?
