New rebel tactics emerge in Fallujah.
Marines faced a tough fight Thursday as insurgents began a counterattack timed with an Islamic holy night.
| Staff writer of The Christian Science Monitor FALLUJAH, IRAQ After three days of measurable progress, American forces trying to take full control of Fallujah are confronting an insurgent force that has renewed energy. And as American and Iraqi forces spread their grip across the city, the constant skirmishes of close urban combat and burst-in searches door-to-door are revealing more about insurgent tactics, including sleeper cells. |
oh come on!! It's just .... foot powder! Yeah! That's it! It's foot powder! There's no WMD! (rolling my eyes)
The MSM won't find this to be significant. For one thing, they are too distracted by the death of their hero.
I'm suprised he had time to work on this right now. While waiting for the jury, I guess...
It makes you wonder why the elite Russian military was doing just days before the invasion. I know they are supposed 'soviet' vials, but I'm sure that Russia had alot to do with Iraq's weapons programs.
As American and Iraqi forces have spread their grip across Fallujah, the constant skirmishes of close urban combat and burst-in, door-to-door searches are revealing more and more about insurgent tactics.
In the course of locating seven weapons caches in a single block around a mosque in northeast Fallujah, an Iraqi platoon Wednesday found a suitcase full of vials labeled "Sarin," a deadly nerve agent.
While further analysis determined that the find was probably part of a Soviet test kit with samples, its discovery in a room with mortar shells appeared to indicate an intent to weaponize the material.
Killing bad guys ~ Bump!
That explains where the sarin shell came from several months ago. The one that exploded in Baghdad.
Wonder if it was a shell with binary capabilities.
Kerry, EdWeirds and the NY Slimes has told us and the world that there are no WMDS in Iraq, Syria or Iran.
To give credit where credit is due...The Monitor is one of the few news organizations that had a reporter imbedded with the Marines in Najaf. Nice to see them doing it again in Fallujah...they deserve credit for this...no whining from the Baghdad bars or the Palestine Hotel for Monitor reporters...
From the baby milk powder factory.
Where they were holding a wedding celebration...
Didn't someone from NPR report yesterday that the 1st Battalion, 3rd Marines had found a brief case full of Sarin yesterday.
Everyone here knows
the mainstream will just report
it's a "small" amount . . .
...and for another, they totally ignored the 41 rockets armed with cyclosarin that were found earlier this year, the biological seed stocks, and other aspects of WMD programs discussed in the Duelfer Report. But of course, the official spin by the DNC/MSM is that the report said there were no WMD in Iraq. But, the Congressional war resolution signed by Kerry, Edwards, and others, said simply that Iraq had the "capability to possess" WMD, and nothing about actual possession. Seems as though truth keeps conflicting with the official spin!
Good. Now the Muslims can celebrate a religious holiday with the memory of yet another crushing defeat at the hands of the "crusaders".
