Souinds good, as long as there are no offramps too.

I predict that there will be a lot of movies that hollywierd expects to do well that will fall flat on their faces. No more Ben Aflack or Brad Pitt movies for example. The list has grown quite long. There's a movie coming out soon by Oliver Stone, "Alexander". That has tank city written all over it. Then we have Barbara Streisand in "Meet the Fockers".

"We squandered record amounts of money," said Dan Adler, board member of Rock the Vote
No, No Dan your money was not squandered, it was all spent right here in the USA employing people and creating JOBS.
And guess who got credit for that? Yup. W.
So, thanks Dan. Good Job.

Most of the movies Hollywood makes are flops why shouldn't their political involvement be a flop also?

The Rock the Vote website claims they are non partisan. Now why would one of their board members say they wasted alot of money?

That movie Team America totally destroyed the Hollyweirdos and I don`t think it was a coincidence that flick came out right before the election. Not saying it changed peoples minds about the Hollyweirdos, but it sure made didn`t make them look good. Sean Penn F.A.G. Alec Baldwin F.A.G. lol!

Didn't I see an article that mentioned a bunch of the Hollywood elite were going to leave the U.S. if Bush won?
Haven't we also heard this before?
Why are they even still in the U.S.?
Let's organize and help them pack.

"We squandered record amounts of money," said Dan Adler, board member of Rock the Vote, the outreach effort that uses music stars to rally the youth vote. [...] "We squandered a unity of purpose. We have nothing to show for it."That's just not true, Danny-boy.
You have the personal thanks of each and every happy, contented Red Stater in the United States, for doing so very, very much -- however unintentionally -- to repulse so very many Americans, so efficiently and in such great numbers.
Jokes like you, Danny -- and all your similarly smug, self-adoring fellow lackwits -- are the single sharpest, deadliest arrow in the conservative movement's political quiver.
Hey: keep up the great work... 'kay?
Kiss-kiss, sweetheart. :)

There's a tremendous opportunity for producers to flesh out and produce fantastic stories from the battles in Afghanistan and Iraq. Think about how amazing the Mad Max movies were and consider the profound impact of the reality that it really happened in this War on Terrorism.
Of course the most qualified directors are a pair of Brit brothers by the names of Ridley and Tony Scott. But then again they've already presented American heroism to blockbuster success. So what do they know?

Hi, kattracks:
The Dems still don't get it.
No one goes to a concert to listen to a canned political speech.
Considering that "Get Out The Vote" and "Vote Or Die!" registered large numbers of young voters. But only one in ten actually cast votes.
I'd say that was money well spent!
Jack.

Chad Griffin, a Hollywood-based public affairs consultant and political strategist, quipped: "A lot of the Hollywood people with whom I spoke were saying, `Thank God we live in the People's Republic of California.' " They were also talking about the need for a coalition to build a bridge between New York and California - with no onramps."You know what tune is going through my head right now? The theme to Bridge On The River Kwai.
It's getting to the point that I don't want to know anything about artists that I like anymore, because I don't want to think about how much they would hate me if I ever met them.

I like this.
The media tricks and Rathergate lies didn't work for them.
The outpouring of Hollyweird scum didn't work for them.
"Crock the Vote" failed.
Michael Moore-on failed.
Bubba didn't even help.
Neither did the endorsement from Osama.
Best of all, even the money of Soros and his minions couldn't buy the vote.
Come 2008, it's not likely that the Dems will have that much assistance again. They went down in flames and many got burned in the process of giving it their best shot.
Yes, 2008 looks good already.
Truth and good prevail over hyped trash once again.
