New documents further illustrate Hussein's terror ties
Jewish World Review ^ | November 2, 2002 | Deroy Murdock

Before voting today, Americans should consider further evidence that Saddam Hussein ran a terrorist state whose behavior merited his ouster by the 33-member, U.S.-led Coalition. Documents recently released by the Cybercast News Service detail Baathist Baghdad's terror ties, thus reinforcing a key rationale for Operation Iraqi Freedom.

The memos and letters between Saddam Hussein's office and top IIS leadership include numerous examples of collaboration between Baghdad and anti-American Islamic terrorists. If accurate, the papers provide damning proof of Hussein's philanthropy of terror.

Please check out Deroy Murdock's web site: HUSSEINandTERROR.com.

They connected the dots in 1998 but Senator Kerry and MSM can't seem to connect the dots in 2004.

Here is an easy to read chart of what the media was saying pre-911 (and after): Connect the Dots...Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden.

Lots of facts and quotes about the president-wannabe at the John F. Kerry Timeline.

The Bush campaign did a terrible job on this issue. They should have had news conferences and made the case.

Thanks for the ping, Christie.

I agree with you Doug and actually wrote the White House about this matter last year.

Thanks, christie!--added to my bookmarks. That item on Somalia in there is important, too. Hussein's son had some early contact with bin Laden at that time.

OK, but where's the rest? If the dots are connected in 1998, they include Willie Clinton!! That's the only reason the crapweasels and their media scumbag liars have been so stubborn in refusing to recognize what's obvious. Willie or his surrogates, including one or more of the folks he pardoned, got a piece of Saddam's oil voucher money. A decent investigation of the connection would reveal that pretty quick!

__________________________________________________________________________

Unholy Alliance

by David Horowitz
Hardcover - (September 2004) - $27.95

In this tour de force on the most important issue of our time, David Horowitz, confronts the paradox of how so many Americans, including the leadership of the Democratic Party, could turn against the War on Terror. He finds an answer in a political Left that shares a view of America as the “Great Satan” with America’s radical Islamic enemies. In a remarkable exploration of the “Mind of the Left,” Horowitz traces the evolution of American radicalism from its Communist past to its “anti-war” present. He then shows how this Left was able to turn the Democratic Party presidential campaign around and reshape its views on the War on Terror.

Thanks for the link. It's the master FreeRepublic thread of Saddam-Bin Laden ties put together by Peach.

I used it for a starting point when I put together Connect the Dots...Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden. Note to all. There are a lot of good articles in the FR thread that are not easily available elsewhere and I didn't add to my site because there were no live links. Connect the Dots... only has articles where the links are live and not restricted.

Thanks, I'll use that link.

Thought I'd be busier than a cat in a roomful of rocking chairs today, but it's strangely quiet, once you filter out all the useless info flowing over the site.

I guess we wait, and see later what shakes out from the election.

I agree that the Bush campaign did a terrible job of explaining what was happening in Iraq - they let the liberal media set the pace. They were also bad in tell the voters that there are signs of the ecomomy coming back. The media and Kerry's camp drove the agenda.

As I watched Karl Rove speak yesterday on TV - I thought - too bad those things were said earlier and clearer.
