What kind of back problems is Joe having?
He hurt his back way back in 1999, trying to run after his kid who was climbing a tree. I think he fell flat on his back.
I don't know details of his back problem, but he had to leave the show about 30 minutes in.
My back went out years ago and I have to say that it is incredibly painful. Hope that he makes a full recovery soon.
On "Eggball" Chrissy Matthews and Andrea Botox Mitchell were peeing on their pants of ecstasy because NBC was predicting Kerry with 286 EV, the former Mayor of SF (I do not remember his name, but he is a super-liberal black guy) was also smiling from ear to ear BUT Joe Scarborough told them: "I tell you guys, I have a reality check for you guys, the youth vote will not show up for Kerry. At any rate, the Evangelicals will show up for Bush and Bush wins. That will be your reality check" Chrissy Matthews' smile disappeared, the black guy was angry, and Andrea Mitchell was annoyed because her ecstasy trip was rudely cut short by Scarborough's reality check. Joe is the best at MSNBC...I cannot stand the others, especially Chrissy and that jerk Olberman.
It's a testament to his determination he made it. I had heard during the coverage for the VP debate he was hiding the pain from it too and they were afraid they would run out of hot packs to give him.
He had taken a fall playing with his kids, which aggravated an old injury. In '99 he had had a back injury that caused such severe pain he had to have surgery for it eventually.
Joe said about his back the other night, "Never try to chase your kid up a treehouse."
He has been hanging with Ron Reagan too long.
I do not watch his show...can't stand that insipid Ron....YUK. What qualifies him to comment on anything?
He is a disgrace to his father's memory.
