The dems are acting like they are entitled according to Fred huh? Well I wonder why they would act that way, their whole platform is filled with entitlement programs for people that need no other qualifications than being alive.
You know, I think Kerry and his campaign staff need to be called what they are sometimes - terrorists. Now I don't mean to be hypebolic but think about it. What is a terrorists goal most times? To scare people, to terrorize them into doing what the terrorist wants.
When Kerry lies to young people about the draft, tells old people that Bush will take away their Social security, that every one's health care will be cut, all of the lies he has been telling is just to scare people in different categories like telling black people that Bush will take us back to the days of Jim Crow. That is scaring black people and in extreme terms, terrorizing them into voting for him.
Ya'll may not like the way I put this, but I just feel this way at this point.

It began back when the 'Rats and the media decided to cover up for Hitlery when she decided to destroy the White House travel office and attempted to have them railroaded into prison with trumped up charges. At THAT instant they decided that the ends justified the means and it has gotten worse every election since then.
When they lose this one and if they lose more congressional seats in 2006, by 2008 they will routinely resort to physical violence against GOP supporters and will genuinely surprised when they are arrested and jailed for it.

Good article, but I don't think Fred goes quite far enough. This isn't just Dems acting out on a sense of entitlement. This is Leftist thuggery that's as old as the statist movement. When the Left does not get its way, it has always used violence, riot, intimidation, civil unrest, and the overthrow of governments to force their will upon a society.

Folks here who think the culture war is over or unimportant are naive and foolish. One day we will have to fight here over that very conflict. Take the checksheet of the ACLU or SPLC or NOW or Emily's List or an Greenie outfit or the NAACP or LULAC and you can basically check all of the above "yes" for almost any lefty or all of the above "no" no for any righty. The only exception are skeered socially lib soccer mommies, jews, and religious blacks who may vote out of character over the WOT....maybe some youngbloods as well but the schism is still over cultural polarization. Continued unbridled immigration may make all this moot anyhow but for now it's grim even when we win Tuesday. I have no doubt.

For those of use who cherish Liberty, Truth, and Individual rights, these are very trying times. I swear to God Almighty that if the day ever comes that violent war with the left breaks out in our great land, that I will fight and destroy them where ever I find them. We must wait until the day they take the first violent step. Then they will stir the great Warriors of Liberty and they will have justice served to them in a way they never can imagine. I think there are a few senators who need to go FIRST: Daschle, Specter (why did Bush EVER back him?--he can't be helping in PA; and what an asinine response HE had to the impeachment question!), then Harkin, Hagel, Lugar, and McCain.
