If it's Zogby, add 3.5 points to GWB and it'll be relatively accurate.

Some of his other polls have a funk on them. New Mexico up 9.5% for Kerry, I dont buy that for one minute, I dont buy the 13 point lead of Kerrys in Oregon either.

That's dangerous. I think Zogby adds about 2.5 points to the Dems based on his own predictions of fraud. So maybe a point to Bush max.

Zogby must be running low on his special sauce. He's saving what little he has for a late Kerry surge into Nov 2.

Zogby's worthless, but it'll be fun to watch the DUmmies slam their own overlord and suddenly take the high road that internet polling is worthless.

Won't be that close. Bush 300 EVs.

Perhaps the "Special Sauce" includes a fraud consideration. Seriously. New Mexico and Oregon would be two excellent candidates to make an adjustment for that contingency.

Love the result, hate the playa! It's zogs. Can't be trusted when he has Bush/Kerry tied, and he can't be trusted here.

There are lots of reasons to KNOW that Bush is up in OH and FL.

Freeper from OH south of me reported earlier today that Kerry had pulled all his staff from southern OH. Can't verify.

Are you over at the DU? Sometimes, out of curiousity, I go there, but I always leave depressed.

Zogby Interactive polls are bogus no matter what they say.

Yeah, and they're slamming the fact that Zogby does Internet polling. For the first time ever. ;)

You do have to have the right attitude when reading DU, it helps to be surrounded by liberals so you learn to never take them seriously. I used to be depressed reading it, but after living a couple of years in Liberalville it's surprisingly very tolerable and even amusing.

On a side-note... when I signed up with them, I found it very interesting that you had your pick of 5 Islamic avatars and only 1 Christian avatar.

Man, Bush barely beat Gore in 2000 (271-267) and it looks like he won't fare much better against Kerry. Even if this poll is off for Bush, I haven't seen much that convinces me Bush will reach 300 EVs. Against Kerry?! Bush should have 350 EVs.

Agreed ... Bush should be doing better. I'm not happy with his campaign this year.

Considering he is operating against a world press, including our own, dedicated to taking him down, with one party more desirous of power than our security, with Hollywood on a bash Bush binge, coming off a tight race in 2000 some Dems have never got over AND forced to make difficult and sometimes unpopular choices since we are in the middle of a war, the fact Bush is doing so well is miraculous.

Whether its good news or bad news, Zogby's state polls have a bad track record, and his latest unorthodox methods are at best unproven.

On the brighter side, expect to see Bush widen his lead in other state by state polls next week or so. They lag the national horse race polls which show Bush is coming off a bounce from the last couple of debates.

I've grown tired of this excuse. Kerry is an extremely weak candidate, and Bush should be handling him easily. Kerry has no positive legislative record to speak of, a very liberal voting record, numerous question marks about his post-Vietnam actions, and quite frankly is a very ugly person (inside and out).

No more F'ing excuses!

What I think is happening in some of these states is saturation. People have reached their capacity in many of these battleground states and I believe that it is showing in some of the gyrations in the numbers. There are a lot of people talking about cellphones not being accessible, what I would like to see is hangup distributions across some of these states and how it has been trending. In an election as "close" as this one it would be interesting.

We need to start a Freeper Pool on #EV's for Bush. I'm say 311, and JF'nK will contest 41.
