I don't know about the 10 day waiting period. If the gun was a gift from individual to individual does the State require a notice of ownership transfer?
Will Kerry be a patriot and show us how pro-2A he is by holding up an AR-15? Nope. His idear is that the 2A is for hunting only....shotguns and single shot bolt action rifles of limited caliber.

You're right! And if Kerry actually goes hunting he'll make sure to miss. Can you imagine Kerry holding up his kill for all to see? No, he'd lose to much of his base. Kerry wants to people to believe the 2nd ammendment is about hunting.
looking at the photo it struck me, Kerry reminds me of a toy that can be manipulated into various poses...we keep seeing the same poses over and over again.
Kerry has a shotgun at a rally? If I were his supporters, I would be very cautious if he brought a shotgun to his election night rally. Know what I'm saying?

The man has never mowed a lawn, washed a car, or the dishes, cooked his own meals, took out the trash, did his own income taxes, booked a flight on a commercial airline, did his own grocery shopping, and on and on and on.

Someone needs to tell this doofus that you don't put your finger in the trigger guard until you are preparing to shoot. Furthermore, exactly when does he expect to go to Ohio to hunt? How come he isn't being asked by the MSM what he is buying a license for?
Father Lawrence Hummer, nevertheless, gave the moment an election-year flavor by criticizing church officials who condemn Catholic politicians who speak out for abortion rights, calling on them to use patient persistence and bring them into the fold.

He gets a Forbes 400 list and begins to track 'em.
Once he spots one he gets into this tux and cumberbund and slithers up to them and say "Pardonez moi.....do you know who I am?"

My guess is Kerry will not take the press. Or I should say, Kerry will not allow the press to tag along.
