John Kerry: More 'aid and comfort'...
townhall.com ^ | 10/8/04 | Mark Alexander

Excerpt:Indeed, John Kerry has a well-documented record of anti-American activities, especially aiding Communist regimes. But the "aid and comfort" he gave to North Vietnamese Communists in 1971 (while still a U.S. naval officer, and while Americans were still fighting, dying, and being held captive by that regime) is the most grievous of these transgressions. His treasonous actions in 1970-1971 are the subject of an indictment that will be delivered to Senate President Dick Cheney, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist and Attorney General John Ashcroft on 12 October. The indictment notes both Kerry's UCMJ and U.S. Code (18 USC 2381) violations, and it calls for his disqualification for public office in accordance with the Constitution's Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3, which states: "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President...having previously taken an oath...to support the Constitution of the United States, [who has] engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof." Why issue this indictment now? Because John Kerry chose to make his Vietnam war record the centerpiece of his presidential campaign (see "Kerry's Quagmire..."). In response, more than 160,000 signatories of the aforementioned indictment have made it the centerpiece of their campaign to disqualify him from public office.

I have not seen any reporting of this indictment coming down next week. Is the MSM covering this? Have you heard about it on talk radio? On the internet? Does anyone have further confirmation or information on this? Thank you!

I seriously doubt it will happen, although it should have happened 30 years ago. I would like to see it happen after the election.

Is there a statute of limitations on treason?

I don't know, but I just signed the petition. There are nearly 165,000 signed petitioners including my signature. Look, if we all sign, and it gets delivered, there will be no option for the Senate but to investigate this. It should be investigated immediately-not ofter the election. It sure would be investigated if the offender was Bush vice Kerry, wouldn't it?

Please sign up. Please forward to as many others who would sign as well. 165,000 is respectable. 1.65 million is a movement.

Have seen nothing yet--- But will be watching for it after Tuesday.
" In response, more than 160,000 signatories of the aforementioned indictment have made it the centerpiece of their campaign to disqualify him from public office."
Am interested to see who is bringing the indictment forward!
Thirty years belated -- but, still time to set the record straight.(Lady Justice is slow sometimes! But ,usually effective.)
Here's hoping----

OCTOBER SURPRISE AD:

Political Operative Veterans Against George W. Bush (POVAGWB) Meeting: Mr. Kerry Reports (Serious Parody):

“When I attended a POVAGWB meeting recently, I heard testimony from Campaign Operative Veterans that they had:

• Cut off the locks and doors of regional Republic Campaign Headquarters
• Raped and defiled various Republican office machines
• Randomly shot weapons into Republican Campaign Headquarters
• Defiled US Mail delivered to the Republican Regional Campaign Headquarters
• Razed Republican campaign offices across the country in the manner reminiscent of Genghis Kahn
• Destroyed foodstuffs found in campaign office refrigerators
• Kicked their dogs
• Using large union thugs to destroy GWB campaign signs held by three-year-old girls
• Told story after story of falsely accusing Republicans the gruesome act of denying minorities the right to vote
• Committed other violent campaign atrocities under the tacit control and support of the DNC commanders”

Mr. Kerry denies being at a DNC meeting where these tactics were discussed and planned, but witness say he was there. Others are accusing him of meeting with Carl Rove in an attempt to end the campaign early and declare GWB the winner.

Heaven's, we can't have any of this getting out! No, the talking points for the day are Kerry Momentum, Kerry won the debate, he has a plan to bring the troops home, only when and how is a secret, has secret friends in high places abroad, has a not so secret plan to supply uranium to everybody. Bush lies, Bush miserable record on economy, seven million lost jobs, Halliburton, War for Bush and friends' get rich oil schemes, Bush being AWOL thirty years ago. Bush was angry and out of control in the debate...news at eleven that Bush has to be put in a straitjacket every night.

Susan Estrich wrote an angry column maybe two weeks back, in which she detailed some of the late, great Lee Atwater's infamous tactics, including the off the cuff remark to the press that his candidate wouldn't take part in debates against a man who'd been hooked up to jumper cables in his youth (that was the Turnipseed Texas race, which Turnipseed, a RAT, lost. He'd had shock treatments in his twenties.) When Estrich managed Dukakis's miserable campaign, well, there was that tank photo that 'tanked' him, but leaving that aside, Susan wrote that republicans were saying and printing in the mass media news reports, 'Dukakis not insane...details at eleven.' Later on in the day she took down the insane reference, presumably because people laughed so hard, but maybe RATs thought Hey, we can use this! Doesn't the current Kerry talking point: 'Bush was angry, out of control' smear seem suspicious? We all know Kerry's desperate, but this is ridiculous. Some RAT big thinker made the connection and thought, heck, why not, it's worth a shot...Carville perhaps?

In fact, when Dukakis ran for president, insiders knew poor Kitty Dukakis had terrible problems with alcohol, but that never came out in the press during the campaign. It leaked out way after he'd lost and she'd entered a sanatorium.

And it seems that nobody dreamed the electors would select a President who gaid aid and comfort to the enemy, eh?
