Here's my little note that I dropped into their customer service email:
I'm uninstalling your media player. Real is promoting the partisan political lies of the Vote for Change concert. I will not use your product ever again in the future unless you refrain from pushing this kind of destructive crap.

6 months?
A year?
An entire election cycle..?
I would have just told them that I didn't sign up for a political newsletter and request to be removed and leave it at that.
