Racine - A group that says it has registered 30,000 voters in southeastern Wisconsin could face a criminal investigation because of voter registration applications that may have been filed fraudulently.

Wisconsin Freepers, the election is being stolen. If you can, PLEASE do the following:

--Focus on the REGISTRATION APPLICATIONS. Go to your local election office. Ask for registration applications received en masse. Examine the forms. Look for: Mispellings of street names or other names repeated thoughout the forms; the same handwriting appearing repeatedly; illegible signatures; addresses that don't seem to make sense; registants known to be felons; and the same name appearing as the "registration deputy." Call some of the "registrants" whom you suspect did not actually register and ask them flat out whether they did.

--Ask the election official at your office whether anything is being done to ensure that registrants have presented a valid i.d. when they register. Demand that they do so. Tell them you volunteer to be a "special registration deputy" and that you will look at the forms.

--If you can find any "registrant" whose name has been submitted by a group fraudulently, take the information to the local d.a. and demand prosectution. If you find one, there are likely others. Keep looking.

--Call your local newspaper. Call the d.a. Make noise about this.

You'd think the FBI would be all over this. Its a crime run by amateurs, so it'd be right up their alley.

This is also a good time to bring up another way in which we can insure a fair election.

Most states allow each party to assign poll watchers who are legally allowed to oversee all voting - and protest when necessary. You can take a camera and other tools as necessary to document any irregularities. You are empowered to make the officials do their job properly.

In Alabama, where I live, the county Republican Party office gets to assign watchers to all polling places. A short (2 hour) training course is required.

I volunteer for this as a civic duty. Please call your local office and volunteer for this important job. It is critical that we have an adequate number of watchers - especially in swing states and where fraud is likely to occur.

What is the RNC doing about this? What are the different state Republican parties doing about it? Are they on top of this? This is a serious concern and they need to be sending people out to make sure they do not get away with this fraud. There have been numerous stories thus far, all involving Demonrats. The RNC needs to send people out to stop this.

Why are you surprised by this? The Racine/Kenosha area is an exburb of Chicago and we know now "HONEST" their political machine is.

Absolutely. Poll watchers are important.

Keep in mind, however, that poll watchers cannot do anything about fraudulent absentee ballots. That is how most of the fraud will occur.

Fraudulent registrations lay the groundwork for fraudulent absentee votes. This needs to be caught at the registration stage, to head off the piles of frauduent democrat "votes."

Actually this should be expected since the dems are paying workers to find people to register. Many of these paid workers couldn't care less about Kerry and are spending the day at McDonald's copying names out of phone books. They will then get paid by Soros or some such individual or group for the more difficult job of hunting-down registrants. All of which means disaster for the dems at the polls.

In 2000, Gore-ites were handing out cigarettes to the homeless to get them to register to vote(WI has election day registration).

I think it is RNC and state Republican party attention that is bringing out this exposure.

Can normal citizens like me do that? Have you ever done that? Would I get photocopies or originals (which I'd read there, I imagine)? Would you recommend wearing a suit, rather than just "normal" clothes? Would I need to be armed with FOIA information? How would I find the local election office?

I'm up to doing that, but don't want to walk in there and be unsuccessful because I don't know what I'm doing....

As to your election office, see:

http://elections.state.wi.us/municipalclerkslist.txt

As to whether you can look at the Application for Registration forms, I called my local office and they said they would not show me the entire form, because it contains date of birth and DL number and SS number. But. . .

They will give me a list of names and addresses of those who have been registered on a mass scale. So at least these can be checked. The clerk would probably also let you photocopy at least the signatures on each form.

A copy of the voter registration form can be found at:

http://elections.state.wi.us/pdf/EB-131%20Voter%20Registration%20App.pdf

As to wearing a suit, I wouldn't think that would be necessary. Just be courteous, and persistent.

Hope this helps. Do all that you can.

Mark Belling is covering this right now (3:25 PM CDT). Listen at newstalk1130.com.

He also received an email from a Univ. of Wisc. Milwaukee student who witnessed voter registration without showing any ID.

I think most of us have known for quite awhile that Democrats will cheat to win. But I am more worried this election year than any other because of the pure hatred and ignorance many democrats have for Bush. I have no doubt they are committing fraud in this election and I think it's worse than in 2000. I agree we have to do everything we can to stop this fraud and bring it to public attention. We can't just talk about it if we aren't prepared to do whatever we can in our current position to fix the problem. I just hope that the Bush Campaign and the RNC are taking this very serious and have equal or even more resource's to find and prevent these things from happening before the election and on election day. We need an equal amount of lawyers at these polling places if not more. This is a very serious threat and I think the election fraud committed by the Democrats this election is worse than it has been in quite awhile. We have to do whatever it takes to prevent this and get President George W. Bush Re-elected this November.

Please Pass Emergency Anti-Vote Fraud Measure Immediately!
Vote fraud threatens the very core of our republic, and it directly threatens our sovereignty

Please send the following message to your Congressmen and Senators:

Please pass, on an expedited basis, emergency legislation to require voters to show ID at all polling places on Election Day.

Vote fraud threatens the very core of our republic, and it directly threatens our sovereignty. There is a significant amount of evidence emerging that evinces a wide-spread plot to engage in massive voter fraud. Thus, Congress must take immediate action to counter this potential menace.

Congress has the express power to dictate the time, place, and manner in which federal elections are held. The congressional power to make or alter time, place, or manner of federal elections extends to the regulation of voter registration. Federal regulation of the electoral processes, including the regulation of federal voter registration, is also consistent with the Tenth Amendment and permissible; although states do have broad discretion to enact and implement registration procedures, states may not transgress the Constitution. It follows that state voter registration and Election Day statutes that are inconsistent with federal voter registration and Election Day mandates are preempted.

As per the Federal Court in Byrd v. Brice, the government may require a voter to furnish proof of identity at the polling place on Election Day. Such a measure would go a long way in protecting citizens’ federal voting rights from fraudulent practices.

Please set to work immediately on enacting emergency legislation to require a valid ID at the polling places on Election Day.
