An outfit called the "New Voter Project" claims to be nonpartisan but is being bankrolled and staffed by leftists. The organization is already active in Wisconsin and already involved in trouble. Thousands of "voters" registered by this group in the last few weeks have submitted registration forms without the legally required proof of identification. This has forced village and city clerks all over the region to send out notices asking for the information. Why would so many of these forms be filled out without identification?

You tell me.

There’s more. The director of the Wisconsin branch of the New Voter Project is Jessy Tolkan. She’s already been involved in election fraud! Tolkan ran for the Madison Common Council in 2001 and was elected. She gave up the seat under pressure and a pending investigation after allegations were made that she lied about her address on her nomination papers and was not a resident of the district in which she ran. Tolkan’s father, an attorney, has threatened to sue me in a lame attempt to get me to stop reporting on his daughter and the slimy activities of the New Voter Project.

Virtually none of the forms sent out by the local clerks to the shady registrants have been responded to. The only plausible explanation for that is that the "voters" not only aren’t voters but aren’t real people, either.

We need to get pollwatchers organized and fast. We should bring cell phone cameras (keep em hidden, but just in case) and "close" the poll. By that I mean hang around until they close, to look for the last minute shananigins, removing ballots from public sight, bringing stacks of unprocessed ballots, copying/photographing voter rolls (ie, names that havn't voted yet.

We need to bust these people and throw the book at them.

I'm worried about it here in NM too...Where Algore won by under 400 votes in 2000, because "an extra" ballot box showed up in one county at the last moment, and in three counties the absentee ballots were never counted.

There was an article in our local weekly paper about this last week: I live in a big but sparsely populated, mostly conservative county with a TOTAL year-round population around 18,000 people. The county clerk has received about 7,000 voter registrations in the last three months. And some leftist judge from "up north" has decreed that the no ID's can be checked.

And of course our governor is that clintonista Bill Richardson, so he is going to turn a blind eye to any democraptic voter fraud.

Tens of thousands of "snow birds", folks who winter in Florida and live in the northeast (mostly Democrats), vote in Florida, but still mail in their absebtee ballots to their homes in the north.

I know several people personally who do this. When I point out that this practice is voter fraud and illegal, they just just laugh.

They really affect the Florida vote tally.

When are Americans going to wake up and realize that without vote integrity, our elections mean no more than Saddam's last 99% re-election victory in Iraq a few years ago. Vote Fraud itself will be more detrimental to this country than any democrat administration could ever be.

This is the cornerstone of our government. Everything depends on it's integrity. Imagine if elected officials didn't have to worry at all about what voters think of their performance in office? If we remove the last deterrent to open and rampant corruption, we would become the worst kind of totalitarian state.

I don't have to remind Wisconsin voters about the millionaire Democrat activist from New York who was CAUGHT ON TV buying Algore votes from the homeless in 2000, and NOTHING WAS DONE TO HER! Wisconsin lost by less than 6000 votes, and I'll bet there were more than 6000 fraudulent Gore votes.

The question remains: What can we do about this? How can it be prevented, or how can we gather the irrefutable evidence and ensure a conviction of these people? We need to make an example with as extreme punishment as to thoroughly discourage future acts of fraud.

PS from Chummy -- Keep an eye open for this at Kerry-supporting households in your community. Judging by the number of K-E placarded vehicles that were at a place in our neighborhood the other day, something's afoot.

So, does anyone have a link to a anti-vote fraud organization that is organizing to thwart or catch this fraud this election?

I'd hope we can at least start by listing and prioritizing the most likely polling precincts, and organize volunteers to spend the evening watching them.

If we can capture (cell phone cameras?) fraud in the act, maybe we can shame the local DA's into doing their duties and prosecute to such extremes that no one will try this again. (I can dream, can't I?) At least we can post our results here.

Vote fraud threatens the very core of our republic, and it directly threatens our sovereignty

Please send the following message to your Congressmen and Senators:

Please pass, on an expedited basis, emergency legislation to require voters to show ID at all polling places on Election Day.

Vote fraud threatens the very core of our republic, and it directly threatens our sovereignty. There is a significant amount of evidence emerging that evinces a wide-spread plot to engage in massive voter fraud. Thus, Congress must take immediate action to counter this potential menace.

Congress has the express power to dictate the time, place, and manner in which federal elections are held. The congressional power to make or alter time, place, or manner of federal elections extends to the regulation of voter registration. Federal regulation of the electoral processes, including the regulation of federal voter registration, is also consistent with the Tenth Amendment and permissible; although states do have broad discretion to enact and implement registration procedures, states may not transgress the Constitution. It follows that state voter registration and Election Day statutes that are inconsistent with federal voter registration and Election Day mandates are preempted.

As per the Federal Court in Byrd v. Brice, the government may require a voter to furnish proof of identity at the polling place on Election Day. Such a measure would go a long way in protecting citizens’ federal voting rights from fraudulent practices.

Please set to work immediately on enacting emergency legislation to require a valid ID at the polling places on Election Day.
