The Hadith Volume 2, Book 26, Number 595: Narrated 'Aisha:

(the mother of the faithful believers) I said, "O Allah's Apostle! We consider Jihad as the best deed." The Prophet said, "The best Jihad (for women) is Hajj Mabrur. "

The Hadith Volume 2, Book 26, Number 594: Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Prophet was asked, "Which is the best deed?" He said, "To believe in Allah and His Apostle." He was then asked, "Which is the next (in goodness)?" He said, "To participate in Jihad in Allah's Cause." He was then asked, "Which is the next?" He said, "To perform Hajj-Mabrur. "

Moderators, I understand if you have to remove this. After the two airliners in Russia and now this, I wanted to express my outrage that this has been done to innocent Russian people. All this death and destruction the past 4 years especially, all over the world.

The next photo that I wish to see is a mushroom cloud over Mecca. And there will be one if these demons continue their "jihad".

What is Islam??

Islam is a religion of peace!!!

What is Jihad??

Jihad is the fight against your inner evil & evils in society.

I honestly don't know what to make of these statements, which are strutted out day in & day out.I was one who used to think that there was some sanity in this religion, but the last 4-5 years have shown what an idiot I have been.

yes, there is common motivation as to why they do this. it has a source and I have quoted that source. From Iraq, to Afghanistan, to Saudi Arabia, to the Sudan, to Algeria, to Burkina Faso, to Morocco, to New York City, to Washington, D.C., to a farm field in Pennsylvania, to Spain, to Bali, Indonesia, to Israel, to "Palestine", to Syria ad infinitum

the world had better wake up because what we are seeing is nothing compared to what they will do when they get their hands on WMD's ... this will look like a "minor incident" as hard as that is to believe (I'm not downplaying it, just stating how much more damage these terrorists could cause if they had access to WMD's)

don't feel bad. I, too, was blind to this until about 15 years ago. But the September, 2000 Intifada against Israel really woke me up. Then the USS Cole. Then 9/11/2001.

And then, all that has taken place since then. In a little over 4 years, more than 5,000 dead worldwide (I've lost count), thousands injured, tens of thousands of families and friends forever emotionally scarred and affected.

And yet some still think we're overreacting to a "minor" problem. Let them look upon these pictures and ponder.

g'night all. Bump the thread to other FReepers. God Bless.

If the problem was all Muslims there'd be millions dead in a matter of weeks, not small radical groups.

Those mixing all Muslims with radicals are the greatest friend the radical Islamists have because that's exactly what they want.

Further, anyone who thinks like that the last person you should be supporting is our President.

yep--I agree. Islam is getting ready to hand the world a real WMD jolt all in the name of Allah.

It is time to turn out the dogs, they must be freed. As for Islam, it is not a religion in any sense, it is the same ideology as the Nazi's and the Communist used to terrorize and murder more than a 100,000,000 of their own citizens. Presidents RReagan and GWBush have named it Evil Empires and just Evil. Islam is just a prop for evil people to seek & hold power thru terror and murder.

"Jihad is the fight against your inner evil & evils in society."

Maybe Jihad isn't such a bad idea. To me, Islam has shown itself to be the evil in society and I'm coming around to the idea that the world may be ready for a jihad against Islam.

I used to think the Crusades were a dark stain on Christianity's past. Now I'm not so sure. Maybe it's an idea whose time has come...again.

Technically, I agree with you. But here's a little problem that all Muslims need to get clear with: Abdulrahman al-Rashed wrote an article in the pan-Arab Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper under the headline: 'The Painful Truth: All World Terrorists are Muslims!'

I'm sure that there were lots of good Germans who disagreed with Hitler. But enough of them didn't stand up and we went to war with ALL of Germany. I know that there are Muslims who disagree with the terrorist who commit evil in the name of their religion. Al Rashed is one such man. But the violence continues and escalates and the majority remains silent. Now is not the time for silence.

Ponder this:

Ali Abdullah, an Islamic scholar in Bahrain who follows the ultra-conservative Salafi stream of Islam, also condemned the school attack as 'unIslamic'. However, he insisted Muslims were not involved and revived an old conspiracy theory: 'I have no doubt that this is the work of the Israelis, who want to tarnish the image of Muslims.'

The difference with Muslims who disagree with the terrorists is that they are going against the very commandments of Islam-when you raise your voice against the pyschos,ur raising your voice against the faith. There are umpteen quotations in the Quran which call for slaughtering the Jews,Christians & other infidels. There are numerous people in places like India,Jordan etc who are against violence, but they are seen as deviant by the community leaders & by influential international figures(in Pakistan,Egypt,Saudi Arabia).More than anger, what I feel towards the vast majority of Muslims is pity & see a people in dire need of true salvation.

The nazi civilians living in Austria within smell reach of the ovens, were no less nazis and no less guilty than the guys in the uniforms.

WHY is islam held to a lower standard of guilt?

That's easy. Because they are attacking Jews and Christians. That makes it "understandable."

"I used to think the Crusades were a dark stain on Christianity's past."

You were misinformed. That was a period of defensive war against bloodthirsty invaders who nearly took all of Europe. Google on "Gates of Vienna" sometime and you'll see this was no dark stain, this was a last-ditch stand for survival.

This proves to me that Muslims have a problem with distorted thinking.

When will God do something? Does being a Christian mean to continue to sit idly and wait for God?...and to forgive the Moslems and let them do it again and again and again?

good post and shows the constant attempt to deny culpability or responsibility. it is that method combined with the escalating attacks that will continue to divide the world between civilized and uncivilized. they have a choice which side to step on. the time for excuses, spin-doctoring, blaming the Jews, etc. is waaaaay past.

but I think they're only going to understand when actual armies are brought to bear. because there's very little condemnation. has CAIR made their tearful statement yet? I sure haven't seen anything.

you hit the nail on the head. that is why they cannot cry out because it is plainly stated. these are not radicals, they are fundamentalists. no one can deny it's in there. the quotes shown were taken directly from online sources.
