(2) is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love
(3) believes that he or she is "special" and unique and can only be understood by, or should associate with, other special or high-status people (or institutions)
(4) requires excessive admiration
(5) has a sense of entitlement, i.e., unreasonable expectations of especially favorable treatment or automatic compliance with his or her expectations
(6) is interpersonally exploitative, i.e., takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends
(7) lacks empathy: is unwilling to recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others

Kerry meets ALL the criteria. He needs only five of ther nine criteria. The USA does not need this VERY sick guy, this severely character disordered ambulatory mentally ill individual in ANY position of responsibility, much less Commander in Chief.

I read an article recently that also said narcissism is probably the most difficult psychological disorder to treat or cure -- there are no drug therapies for it, and narcissists of course tend to believe there is nothing wrong with them!

I wonder what diagnosis one would add if you include the symptom of complete amnesia of the past 25 years and obsession with 2 months 25 years ago. It almost sounds like shell shock symptoms some vets have where they keep reliving events, completely oblivious to what is going on around them.

Kerry has intensely selective memories, and those limited memories are befuddled by a psychotic fantasies (i.e. really believing he was Martin Sheen in Apocalypse Now)

Liberalism is a mental disorder. It should be covered under the DSM4 and DSM5 under mental disorders that make one "dangerous to one's self or to others."

I think clintoon fits this bill too! Yes, but he is not as sick and deluded as Kerry. Kerry is fairly insane in the intensity of his narcissism.
Of course Clinton also has co-morbidity with a history of chronic sexual predation and (as younger dude) cocaine abuse, the stress of all three conditions finally being associated with his current advanced arteriosclerotic vascular disease.

Liberalism is a mental disorderLiberals are the sickest people I meet in my daily wanderings. They are numerous and completely wacked out, mind numbed media robots. And really annoying and laughable in their "beliefs."

Take a look at Kerry's face as Edwards introduced him at the midnight rally the other day. Edwards was really pouring the praise on thick, and Kerry relished and agreed with every syllable of it.

Think also how Kerry curses out the Secret Service agents when ever he takes a spill in the ski slopes or falls off his bike.
I'll bet the farm that these agents are praying on bended knee every night that Kerry loses, so that their assignment to hell ends.
