Please. If people have proper ID and a pass, they are let in after going through a metal detector and/or search and walking by several bomb sniffing dogs. There was security every few feet, that's how the protesters were hustled out so quickly. Sure, a terrorist might get in the same way Medea did, but what was he/she going to do, throw shoes at the stage?
This idiocy about Pete Wilson is even more ludicrous. A more reasonable explanation might be San Francisco moles in the CA delegation or passes simply being stolen. It happens.
