Protester’s Sign Implies Bush Should Be Assassinated

New York (CNSNews.com) - A massive protest outside Madison Square Garden featured at least one sign asking where John Hinckley was.

The prominently displayed sign read, "Where is John Hinckley when we really need him?" It featured a bullet hole with dripping red blood.

Hinckley attempted to assassinate former President Ronald Reagan in 1981, and he has been in a mental hospital ever since, after being found incompetent to stand trial.

Asked about the sign, the man carrying it responded, "I told the Secret Service it is for everyone to interpret exactly how they want."

When asked how he interpreted the sign, the man who refused to be identified, said, "Gosh, I don''t know."

"A guy with a badge wanted to know what the sign meant. I said I really did not understand -- it''s just something that popped into my head."

The man was taking part in a protest on 8th avenue that may have included up to 10,000 people, according to some estimates.

Uhhh... that's not what I've heard. I read that some idiot-bleeding-heart-liberal judge has let Hinckley leave the mental institution UNSUPERVISED on a regular basis to supposedly "visit with his parents." <sarcasm>I'm sure that's all he's doing.</sarcasm>

unsupervised visits to his parents home on weekends. For those of you who
