Yes, he did. But it is a PDF file.

I'll have to try to figure out how to convert it to a JPG file I think.

Any hints on that in case I have trouble doing that?

If the pdf is in a recent version of Adobe Acrobat, you should be able to cut and paste text.

But the document was probably scanned as an image, so no matter what the version of Acrobat, it can't be handled as text. If you create a PDF from some other source, say a Word document or html file, then you have access to the text.

You can make a screen shot of each page in a different jpeg image.

Don't remember if pdf's have internal conversion via Adobe to jpegs.

Harkin has long ago retracted the lie that he was in Vietnam. His current claim to be a Vietnam era veteran is a valid one but he never served in Vietnam on combat operations.
