No, that's BARNEY Franks you're thinking of! And he wouldn't vote for President Bush if he was a 13 year old boy.

He's a Log Cabin Republican? Hey, don't fret it. I know how it feels to post a really stupid comment and regret it a few seconds later also.

Gen. Franks is down to earth.
BTW, whats up with Colmbs, I have not tuned into H&C for months. He looks awful and lost weight? My wife commented on it also.
Charlie the pimp rangle is on now, same ole bush hate spewing forth. Sean greets him with his usual "my Friend". (rolls eyes)

Thanks JoJo. No, I meant no disrespect to General Franks. It was a shot at the hype Fox was trying to drum up. "Big Announcement from Tommy Franks". What could that be? He's replacing Dick Cheney? He's replacing Sean Hannity? He's found WMD's at the Manhattan Barnes and Noble? The Log Cabin comment was just a absurdity satirizing the hype.
I feel so dirty explaining my feeble humor.

I thought the poster was simply making a joke. Testy about those LCR's, are we? Maybe so. I just could imagine myself making the same thoughtless yet innocent joke and then reflecting on it soon after "damn, I just suggested jokingly that Franks was coming out of the closet". Considering that Franks is a great man, a general, a hero to our country...I might have regretted it. Maybe because there is a raging homo named Barney Frank would add to the regret. I projected my "over-think" onto the comment maker, true enough. My bad.
