You're just getting your feet wet, Mr. Robinson. You'll be back. I'm certain of it.

Just keep making us proud!

This is bad news for our county. Virginia Foxx Has won because of the uninformed rural vote and most of all the mountain vote. We haven't heard the last of Vernon Robinson, he will be back.

Sounds a lot like why Jindal lost, too. Hmmmm...

Non-white candidate scared off the racist Dems who sometimes cross over? Or was it an extremely intelligent young candidate who alienated poorly educated rural democrats who'll sometimes switch over?

I will vote for Virginia Foxx in November. I would never vote for the dem. opponet. Would not surprise me one bit to see her lose in November.

The Republican primary in the 10th. district is a cliff-hanger. The latest count is state Representative Patrick McHenry 14,956 to Sheriff David Huffman's 14,828.

There were no Dems involved - and it's a safe/heavily Republican district.

Virginia Foxx is a HUGE RINO. She'll vote more with Barney Frank than Howard Coble.

I recently visited Boone, Linville, Blowing Rock and Hanging Rock and saw at least, no hyperbole-- over 2000 Virginia Foxx signs over 3 days. I thought about writing her and saying I was going to donate to her competitor just because she was annoying me so much. They spoke on 107.5 kzl on the radio yesterday morning and they were both so nasty with each other. Oh well.

I think that fear of a primary challenge and the unity of the Republican caucus in Congress will curb Foxx's RINO tendencies.

They need a FR fundraiser to get internet access and be informed! Seriously, I'm sure even out in the country's country there's information resources like a tv,etc.
