Could all the things that some of his fellow Vietnam veterans are saying about John Kerry - that he faked his heroism, that he filmed his fake heroism, that he lied to get his Purple Hearts, that he lied about being in Cambodia - be true?

Yes.
This is about as good as it is going to get from the mainstream media. In fact, look for this to be the new Democratic approach: since the vets are credible, suggest they just remember things differently and are bitter about the anti-war stuff. Safer than attacking the vets directly, which leads to demands to release Kerry's records, and better for saying "let's all just move on, there's nothing to see here."
Answer: Yes, when they show the documentation to back it up and Kerry refuses to release his records.
Yes, it could be true and JF'nK could be lying like the psycho he is, but the lame-stream partisan media will try to cover his tail with drivel like this, and the Kool-Aid Bush-haters don't care. They are like the kid who sticks his fingers in his ears and goes, "NAAA-NAAA-NAAA!" to keep from hearing what he doesn't want to hear.
Not damned likely.
Oh, man, apparently. As long as the Jim Pinkertons of the world are evaluating things. Jesus Christ! What is wrong with people? Does Pinkerton not understand that the testimony breaks at about 19 to one? And yet Pink is unable to decide what the truth is??? Kerry's subordinates clearly don't count. Only his peers -- i.e., the folks at swiftvets.com -- are qualified to judge him as a swiftboat commander. And they are almost universally disgusted with him as a man and a commander.
My brother really hopes that this exposes Kerry as a liar and a fraud, but I think it will follow a pattern of so many other Democrat scandals that were undeniably true--first it's thrashed out, then denied by the candidate, then becomes old news. But if Kerry keeps bragging about Vietnam, this story will keep popping up against him.
That might be the best we can hope for and expect. Kerry will quietly drop this major talking point of his and have to find something fresh to talk about. I think that the MSM is giving him a "pass" and a veiled warning to start talking about something relevant to our current situation.
All of the spin his people are putting out indicates they have no facts, just spin.
You just know that if Kerry was a Republican, the MSM would never again refer to his military career without adding the modifying adjective "controversial."
