Have you contacted them to let them know, maybe there is a quick fix?
I checked it out on both IE and Safari, with no problem. I view on 1280 x 854 and 1152 x 768 resolutions. no problem on either on Windows or Apple.
I'm a Web Developer by profession, the first website I ever designed had a problem I didn't realize was occuring. The client let me know, real quick.
