A criminal trial takes a unanimous verdict. Whether in Washington D.C. or Virginia, there would NEVER be 12 who convict him. They could have a video of him raping and murdering a woman; they could have several eye witnesses; they could have his confession on tape; still, he would not be convicted.

Another one???
Geez!!
Do you think this one has legs?

Maybe the bug was placed to keep tabs on the IG while the Linda Tripp Privacy Act investigation was going on. The targets of the investigation were two political appointees of Clinton's.

I guess that now we know who was the "unauthorized" listener that we heard about in the Berger case. I wonder where else they found bugs. Somebody is letting the dems sweat over who knows what. Gosh, that Bush team is playing this sweet.

Surely a jury would convict a city mayor smoking crack with a whore caught right on hidden video...and never reelect him to office!
LOL!

A second series of internal memos from his staff showed that a Muslim who was employed as an auditor and granted a "top-secret" security clearance was not an American citizen. "He possesses a Social Security number tied to multiple confirmed aliases," a May 2002 memo said. Another paper said, "Using the improper granted interim clearance, [the employee] visited numerous installations where he had access to sensitive information. ... The Department of Justice Joint Terrorism Task Force is currently considering a criminal investigation into this matter." Al quada, Iranian spy?

...and did so with full support from top Pentagon officials, including Secretary of Defense William Cohen.
The year before Clintooooon nominated Cohen for his cabinet, CQ rated Cohen as the #1 Republican in support of Clintooooon!

"The DoD directorate of security conducted a routine sweep for electronic listening devices in certain areas of the ninth and tenth floors of the DoDIG"
Must be at the DIA building, not at the Pentagon...

This bug was found in 2002.
I'm suspicious of the timing of this report.

Oh, that's just perfect. No information on this individual will be forthcoming, wouldn't fit the new tone.
