Do you ever stand in a checkout line and ponder that there's a 50-50 chance that the person next to you is a brainwashed liberal zombie?
I do.
It gives me the willies....:))
Welcome...
In the checkout line, walking down the street, in restaurants, in the building where I work, at family gatherings, in the grocery store, at sporting events, ... yeah, you're right. They're everywhere.
The best way to handle F911 is to make an accurate list of the charges leveled in the movie. Place them in Column A. In Column B, place the accurate information.
This should be reduced to reference sheet size and passed around the internet.
I have not paid yet to see this movie. I hate to enrich this guy.
It's one movie I be glad to use a pirate on, so long as I was sure none of my cash ever reached Moore.
In reference to MM's so-called documentary or the posts accusing you of being a troll?
CrAP press release. The movie is losing steam and even dropping movie screens these days.
"I'm sooooo scared."
.....;))
I Robot made $64million in 5 days! Bill Gates and other technical industry leaders should be shaking in their boots. We are onto the Robot Conspiracy!
Here is the daily breakdown for F911:

The latter would be libel. ;)
"Troll-Lite Alert.
There's been a pattern of this in the past 3 days. New posters throwing out a bone of liberal tripe then qualify their conservatism by stating something like: "hey, i'm a conservative, I hate the liberals"."

My instincts are suggesting the same thing. I also find it interesting that one would use the name of the little "TV watching pig" on Green Acres as their handle. "Arnold Ziffel"........
Both! Just kidding... However I do take offense at being called a troll. I feel like Condolezza Rice at the 911 Commission. When did you find the article? How did you find this board? What did you know and when did you know it? I will say this one more time. I found the article disturbing and thought it would be of interest to people on this board. I should have posted a comment, my fault. OK
Trolling takes a new tactic, but you don't care.
If it will make you happy why don't you repost the article under the proper FR protocol of an established poster?
I'm not for giving newbies an once of consideration this close to the election when their first article post is a slap at the White House. It smells of disruption and its bad form.
Here, kitty kitty!
Welcome to FR.
Especially since a large percentage of the trolls are riding in on F911.
Thanks!
Time will tell on this one.
Sadly, it's par for the course around here. Any bad news or something that shines poor light is immediately dismissed as troll material rather than something to review and counter if incorrect. Too often it's simply pile on the person rather than refute with facts.
Anyone who is swayed to vote against Bush based on a Michael Moore crockumentary deserves the kind of government they elect!
More people have access to the internet, and hopefully they will use it to research alternative views. The mainstream media and Hollywood will only help to elect Kerry.

Unfortunatly I was at the gym and a teenager that was training asked me if I saw the film. She said that "anybody that likes Bush or is in favor of the war needs to see this movie". Now she is a sophomore in high school and I actually had to spend about 5-10 minutes explaining the bulls#@t that was in the film and even after I told her to look up the stuff that points out the Moore distortions on the net, she still looked at me with a bit of a "yeah... ok"..
The point is that she was making an effort to go see a "documentary" and she thought she had some insight into the "real" facts about Iraq and Bush. She was actually trying to discuss politics and her views were slanted by the film. I thought about it and it now shows me that the film was made for young people and the audience that is at the margins. The people that are intellectually lazy or unsophisticated but interested in informing themselves. I've been told that "Hey, it can't be false if it's in a documentary." as if there was a law to prevent it. sad.....
The 5-10% that are interested but are looking for a source of "inside info" are going to be led astray. It really p$ssed me off and I was thinking about how to change the girl's mind. The good news is that I did manage to get her to understand that as a Christian (she is proud to say she's one) she is hated and despised by the religion of peace and is lower than a dog in the eyes of the men who practice that religion. She also understands that 3000 Americans died and Bush didn't fly the planes into the building.
Freepers should make an effort to discuss the points in the film that are pure bunk and direct teenagers and even adults that are honestly convinced of Bush's "guilt" to web sites or areas on the Free Republic that list the lies and distortions. If you can manage to not be angry when you explain, it helps. I asked her yesterday if she had looked some of the stuff up and she said that she just can't believe that some of the stuff about flying Bin Ladens family and the pipeline in Afghanistan are lies.... neat, she is trying. If any of you have a post or site that goes point by point let me know.
