Since he's working for the Dems, it's only sloppiness, inadvertent and apparently accidentally discarded. If it were any Republican operative you can bet your last dollar this would be the biggest story since Watergate. Everybody knows that the law does not apply to democRats.
You get the color commentary award of the day for using a roast to roast Berger's actions.
On the way in to work, it was mentioned on the Laura Ingraham show what Fox News is reporting that Berger took documents on five different occassions.
