That was so neat about Apple Pan....buying quilts from probably the same person that gave one to "W"....Wouldn't ya love to see THAT quilt. I'm sure she gave one of her best.
Thank you, I am great now. Lol, Apple has quilts hanging all over her house. Mostly from The Quakers in Penn. Hope that you are about ready to open your bed and breakfast. That should be fun.
Mom, what Hoosiermama was talking about was a reply I made to a post the other day. The post mentioned that Bush was presented a quilt made by the Amish in Lancaster County on his visit there.. and a Mr Stolzfus presented it. I was telling her that the lady I bought most of my Amish collection from is named Hannah Stolzfus and so thought prehaps Bush's quilt came from her too. I know its a common name there... but Hannah is famous in Lancaster County for her quilts and everyone there will point you to her if you ask to buy a quilt.
