I hate to say it, but it is a strong possibility he will be acquitted. Italy recently acquitted several terror suspects, although the evidence included maps of the US Embassy, and chemical compounds to poison the embassy's water supply. There were also apparently phone taps including discussions of bombs & Kalishnikovs. But they were let go.

And yes... this is still more - an actual arrest - than Germany, France and Belgium are doing. Let's hope they stick it to this one.
