Guiliani doesn't have the cred for CIA. He'd be better as the FBI director with Mueller moved to the CIA.

I'd like to see 43 appoint 41 as CIA director.

God, I pray that this is one of those utterly baseless rumors that turn out to be true.
I can just picture Zarqawi & Co. crappin' their pants once they pick up their local, arabic-language newspaper and discover that Rudy is on the case!

That's one New York tabloid headline I'd like to see...
"DUBYA TO TERRORISTS: IT'S GIULIANI TIME!"

Why do you think Mueller would be good for CIA - and why not keep him at FBI.
I do agree though that I think Rudi is better suited for FBI than CIA - but what do I know ..??

Whoever it is, I think it needs to be someone dynamic, personable and well known. It shouldn't be another dull hack. The CIA needs a good PR man as much as it needs a good leader.

Then he could appoint Jeb as the AG, like Kennedy did with Bobby.
Oh! That's right. Only liberals are aloud to do those things and get away with it.

At least we can thank him for getting anti-nepotism laws enacted during his term.
If it weren't for such a venal, corrupt action on the part of JFK, we may well have had HRC over at the DOJ for eight years, instead of El Reno.

I wonder if G. has the temperament for the Senate, though, and whether it would mar him for future executive consideration. This guy could be a pres. candidate.
