The Sunnis and.or the Kurds also have a veto, especially the Kurds, who might prefer to have their own country rather than be part of Sustani's.

Their brand of democracy will come later. The middle east has always had democracy. They vote with their violence and terror tactics. Nothing so benign as marking a ballot.
