I dunno. I agree with the truth of it. We are truly sorry and will go after those of our own that were involved. I just don't feel very glib about it.

It's a cartoon. Nuanced it ain't. Laugh or don't. It's OK.

Sorry.... I know your head's in the right place... I am just really depressed about the whole thing. I don't understand ~what~ they did. I don't understand what went through their head. I don't understand the mentality that turned that situation into - of all things - some weird kinky sexual photo thing. It just doesn't seem like an idea that would ever occur to me..

It's a political cartoon, which means it has a message that is intended to provoke thought. I gave you mine.

Excellent.. Thanks for the post.

You're right, of course, and I wasn't trying to belittle your comments, but only "being glib" and flippant. I apologize. Cartoons do provoke all sorts of responses in readers. This one I did because I am ashamed of being shamed into remorse over what we used to call "horseplay" in a prison full of Islamonazi killers! Were these acts (and the distribution of the photos) wrong? YES! Is this issue deserving of the world's attention? I suppose. Are the enemies of the U.S. (especially the mass media) trumpeting this to ridiculous lengths?......

Try this...Tell the Arab street that Liberals, who are the Arab allies in the US and Europe, say filth and disgusting behavior is OK and a right of free speech. C'mon...it's OK for prime time in America, for school children, it's OK for newsstands all over the country, obscenity is not to be censured and the production or distribution of pornography is not to be restricted in America. It's the Liberal way and the agenda they push for everyone in the US, so we thought it was OK for the military abroad. Think the Arabs will buy it?

Proof again that humor (if it's to be humorous and not Frankendribble) is based on truth!

That's because you are a mature, decent person and don't need constant supervision like the morons who did this!
