PATTANI, Thailand (Reuters) - More than 90 people were killed around dawn on Wednesday when gangs of machete-wielding Muslim youths attacked police and soldiers in a sharp escalation of violence in Thailand's south, officials said.

A government spokesman said the latest death toll stood at 92 "bandits," many of them young men wearing black or dark green uniforms with bright red headbands. Four members of the security forces had also been killed and nine wounded, he added.

Shouldn't Rooters be calling them 'militants' instead of Muslims?

Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra vowed to smash what he said were rings of troublemakers motivated purely by crime,

Isn't that a valid definition of militant Islam? Let's not be coy.

These 'Youths' are trying to tell us something.

They are the product of years of training and indoctrination. Islam removed all inhibition towards the respect of human life. In their minds, they killed no man and therefore are guilty of no crime because those they slaughtered are infidel and therefore not human. This is the teaching of islam.

The apologist says that by saying this I demonstrate a lack of understanding of islam. You just dont understand islam, they say with syrup in their voice. It's as if I was in some creepy movie and the zombies were trying to convert me. These apologists are not listening to the message from their youth. I reply saying one thing before I lose interest in talking to them...

By their fruit you shall know them.

If they didn't spend so much time remind us that they are the religion of peace you'd sure never notice.

I still think that the translating was bad and it says "Religion of Pieces" is the original Jihadi.

"By their fruit you shall know them."

Exactly. No matter how Islamist apologists try to sugarcoat it, the actions of the Mohammedans speak far louder than any words their P.C. enablers may spout. Islam is a violent, bigoted, hateful, and barbaric faith.
