He KNOWS he'd lose if he ran. I'm still outraged and the Judge should have taken more care if he had questions. WHY COULDN'T HE HAVE FAXED OR CALLED THE PAROLE OFFICER instead of pushing paper? It'd be great if he'd retire somewhere else too.

Wasn't there a recent case, in which a hit and run driver was being sought, and it turned out that he was also a recipient of Harry T. Rapkins lackadaisical attitude towards probation violators? I thought I had heard that on channel 40.
