Wasn't there a recent case, in which a hit and run driver was being sought, and it turned out that he was also a recipient of Harry T. Rapkins lackadaisical attitude towards probation violators? I thought I had heard that on channel 40.

This is on The Factor, O' Reilly right now. Rapkin got a lot of negative publicity and swayed the voters. He felt he was not going to be elected. Resigning in Jan.
He messed up before but I don't know the specifics.

O'Reilly also said that Rapkin got a very low rating on a Bar Association review.
I understand that William G. Salomone is running for his position as Circuit Judge, Group 2 12th Judicial Court.
I hear from those who know Salomone's record that he's an outstanding candidate.
