Be vigilant in case he changes his mind. Most Florida voters gave a pass to the Fla Supreme Court justices up for their retention vote in 2002. I was very disappointed by how many votes they received. I, for one, will be watching the judicial contests in 2004 and trying my best to bring their sorry records to the voter's attention.
