I know anything coming out of the Teutul probably will illicit a lot of strong emotion ("OCC sucks! West Coast Choppers and Jesse James rule!", "Eff you!", "No, eff you!"), but everyone has got to check out the Statue of Liberty Bike, it is awe inspiring (hopefully, the President will sit on it during the convention - that'll be a slam dunk). Here it is (click here to see the details):

I know a Little about motorcycles , I have ridden them for 45 years. Choppers are pretty useless, hard to ride and good for bar runs thats about it. As you can see by the position of the handlebars on this ride you have top practically bend double to ride the thing , the tank will only hold enough gas to get you from one bar to another the chrome will take hours to shine , hours that could be spent riding. Yeah its cool looking , end of story.

The OCC theme bikes are just that, theme bikes. Pieces of art, not daily rides.
When I was younger I raced MX, TT and short track. We used to fabricate a lot of our own stuff. So I really enjoy watching these guys build bikes. They are works of art.
It's nice to see their family work/fight together. They have realized the American dream while doing something they love. That's cool!

I agree with you and I've ridden bikes for 54 years and have owned 22 of them ~ three of which were Harleys.
I went scratching over the back roads on my SV650 this afternoon ~ the temp was in the 80's (supposed to rain in the AM) and it was sunny ~ damn was it fun ~ gotta do it more often!

I watch that show when I can...all my buddies do. I don'r ride myself, but the raw talent those guys show is amazing, and the bikes are truly incredible.
When they were building the "Firebike", you could just SEE the determination on Paul Jr.'s face as he worked...he was an inspired artist, working in his medium; the bike showed it. It's got to be the most famous ride in the country right now.
You can tell from their work that they're some really patriotic guys, too.
Oh, for the record, by now I think that most of the "fights" and the yelling Paul sr. does is a work.

I like your chopper better. What's the tank/bomb looking thing on the inboard right weapons mount?
And since I'm here, what's the difference tween rockets and missiles? Is it guided v unguided?

Thanks.
Most of our customers are vets or active duty.
[and we hope our "military tributes" discourage "liberals" from calling]....;))

No offense guys, but choppers are hella-gay. All looks (if you go for that sort of thing) and no function. They won't corner or brake. I guess they can be fast, but if you can't stop or turn, what fun is it?
If you want to trundle down the road on some flamed-out tool-mobile, be my guest, but I'll keep by CBR.
