What's missing in this article is why English law considers lethal defense a crime. Defending ones life is not the question. The question is defending ones property under threat of death. In England today, defense of property by force is no longer protected by the courts. If a thief threatens to harm or kill you if you do not surrender your property - English courts expect you to do just that, surrender your property. Welcome to full blown Socialism, where no property is privately owned, even when it is...
England is getting so "civilized" they are in grave danger of becoming "uncivilized".
