She said New Jersey is one of 12 states that have no statute expressly banning same-sex marriages and that nothing in state law defines marriage as the exclusive province of opposite-sex couples.
However, the marriage act -- coitus -- is the exclusive province of opposite-sex couples. Accept no substitutes!

>>being issued a license by city officials who say New Jersey law does not explicitly ban such unions.>>>

could it be that our previous law makers would never have thought we could stoop so low?

My wife and I had a gay wedding. She was gay, I was gay, the bridesmaids were gay, the groomsmen were gay....heck, everyone was gay.

Then we had a gay marriage and produced gay kids, two girls and a boy, and we are ALL STILL GAY!!!

We're all heterosexual, but we are also very gay.

Good for you! Hubby and I have had a GAY marriage for over 28 years!

Folks, we need to take back the language. Stop referring to this stupidity as 'gay marriage' because they are not gay and it's not a marriage. Call it homosexual union, if you will, but what they are NOT is MARRIED!
