Who's laughing? Winsor is one of the best of the bunch. Not only do I have the 3-DVD set, but I also got (mostly from Ebay) the Upper Body, Abs and Bun & Thigh Sculpting ones too!

But mostly, I go to a class 2x a week. I feel the difference in my legs (more defined), ass (I'm NOT going to describe it on a public board!) and abs (mostly tighter obliques).
