Thank you for posting this, yonif.

I'm thankful she won't be present during this case.

Michael Newdow, an atheist, asked that his 9-year-old daughter be allowed to attend the March 24 hearing in Washington....
Still, outside court, Newdow said he was hesitant to bring his daughter to the hearing because of the custody dispute. "I don't know whether I would have taken her even if I could have," he said.

I think Newdow loves attention and uses his daughter to obtain it.

It seems he thinks his own daughter is a stage prop (a soapbox?).

Michael Newdow, must you and other Evangelical Atheists keep trying to force your religion on everybody else?

I think the girl should lead the SCOTUS reciting the pledge before they strike it down as unconstititutional which they surely will do because Scalia has stupidly recused himself.

He does.

**It seems he thinks his own daughter is a stage prop (a soapbox?).**

She is.

I know the daughter and mother. The mother is a devoted mom and the daughter a sweetie. They fellowship at the same church I do.
