What's Freedom Worth?
By Lady Liberty
"There's a lot of talk these days about freedom...
But while that's a good thing, it's quite frankly not good enough....
While many people have heard of and applaud the efforts of the Free State Project, the Free State Wyoming Project, and the Free West Alliance,..."

KEYWORDS: alliance; freedom; idaho; montana; west; wyoming
In order to bring the above article to the attention of FReepers, I had excerpt only two lines from the article. PLEASE READ THE SOURCE
What's Freedom Worth? For the source title and url I used the Free West Alliance since they may be the most viable of the choices.
The author above nails several concerns and issues right on the head. Lot's of "freedom-minded" people talk about what should be done but they don't even vote let alone actually be an "activist" or, perish the thought, run for office and serve some time in the hot seat trying to accomplish what the talkers wanted.
The author above mentions three movements, literal attempts of MOVING a bunch of "freedom-minded" people to one state or one county or one region where they could hopefully forge a majority from an alliance with local and native "freedom-minded" people.
Those movements are:
Free West Alliance for Montana, Idaho, & Wyoming
Free West for Alberta and Western Canada
Free Wyoming Project
Free State Project in New Hampshire

They are able to "hit the nail on the head" about freedom but don't want their articles posted on FR?!

The Federal Observer is like others who want people to read their stuff on their site rather than having it duplicated here or elsewhere. That may be due to copyrights or just advertising to support their site. It's easy enough for us to click onto their site with the links I provided.
Nevertheless,
What ARE we who talk the talk doing about recovering our Freedoms. Liberty knows that we are outnumbered where we are. Some of us keep moving by ourselves deeper into the hills or forests but the statist authoritarians keep following or even are ahead of us. Eventually we have to draw a line in the sand and say "You are not pushing us any farther!" But it will take a lot of "us" to make that threat stick. The idea of concentrating in one or a few states is good -- IF there are enough to hold that line.
