Have any of you guys read Stolen Valor?
I heard the author on Michael Medved's show and a FReeper called in to say that he had been active here.
I know I've heard of the guy in another interview before, but I hadn't seen any of the FR discussions.
Thanks.

"Not to speak ill of the dead, but I spoke ill of the Senator while he was alive." By those standards, I'll be able to speak ill of all politicians when they die. I'm like Archie Burnker -- I hate 'em all. Even the ones that I like.
Heinz was a RINO even then. As I recall he wasn't much better than a JFK or HHH. Of course, those guys are better than most of our current crop that just keeps getting worse.
When they die in office, the become saint's doncha know?

I'm not allowed to read any other novels until I finish Enemies, Foreign and Domestic and The Dragon's Fury series.

It's not at Northland library. I put in an inter-library loan request about a month ago. They estimate it should come to me in about another month.

Wouldn't you know it, I thought Heinz just made ketchup, pickles and relish & I never even thought of vinegar, so I accidentally picked up Heinz vinegar and didn't realize it til I got home.
Since the vinegar might be made in a foreign country at one of Heinz 57 factories overseas, I don't want to eat it & maybe get sick & it's too much trouble to bring it back to the store.
So to make a short story long, in case this happens to you vinegar is reeeally good for uncloggin sink drains and toilets, so that's what you can do if you buy Heinz vinegar by mistake.

The rebuttal of your posted article is put out by FactCheck...
For the sake of argument, let's check into background of the folks at FactCheck...to make sure they are free from bias.
Here's some background on one of the folks,Seth Goldman Researcher, Annenberg Political Fact Check
Seth Goldman earned his B.A. in political communication at George Washington University. He joined the Annenberg Public Policy Center in June, 2004 with previous experience as journalist, press relations assistant, and media researcher. He has worked at the Committee for a Democratic Majority and at Sen. Edward M. Kennedy's campaign committee. At GWU he founded and edited Sticks & Stones, an independent, student-run progressive newsmagazine.
Here is a sample of Seth Goldman's writing -- showing his attachment to politically correct expression. (Of course, we are aware that "politically correct" debate is debate that is guaranteed to favor the liberal who is involved.)
