Good god imagine the condition of jail toilets. Good for the judge. For real punishment send him to Penn Station in New York City.

This particular bit of nastiness (crapping in a burgled house or other building) is actually quite common. It tells you something about the mindset of the criminals who do it. I don't agree with the sentence of probation and cleaning the jail toilets. He should have gotten jail time. Perhaps he could have cleaned the jail toilets while doing the time, although that duty might well be left as paid work for prisoners who are serious about trying to straighten out.

Is Nejeh Davenport in trouble again?

Like the grave robber describing what he had found after breaking into a crypt:
"Smells like someone crept into the crypt, crapped, and crept back out again."

Nothing personal but this judge is a loon......
A man breaks into a home, steals stuff, and gets probation ?!
I've nothing against the toilet scrubbing but it should be done from inside the local jail. And he can do one a day, his own personal crapper, for the next 1000 days.
Otherwise this judge is just a softy with a sense of humor.
