So nice that all of the networks are covering it now...NOT! Hope for the best, for both new Iraqi recruits, and our brave soldiers.

Hmmm. Two car bombs, in as many days, both outside Iraqi police facilities, same target and device styles.

Both just after breaking intel about al-Qaeda on the ropes.

Another one! Geez.

Yesterday a massive truck bomb in front of a police station killed at least 50 and now one at an Iraqi army recruitment place.

Here's a link to a story on the bombing yesterday. http://news.scotsman.com/international.cfm?id=164982004

I don't think its necessarly Al Queda doing this. Its any terrorist who wants to kill Americans doing this, and this will continue.

The US must declare its real target causing these terrorists to come there in the first place - militant Islam. No matter how many terrorists they kill in Iraq, more will come and more will come out of places such as Mosques from all over the Arab and Muslim world.

The terrorists don't care per say about the US occupation of Iraq - they care about the US occupation of North America. This has simply become their current focal point.

They're failing to stop America's resolve so they're trying to kill collaborators. In a way this is evidence that they're running out of ability. Carbombing to intimidate is a loser's move.

The good news I heard earlier today is that this terrorism is NOT stopping Iraqis from applying for those jobs. They are coming in droves to apply for positions as police...but they would like the American military who by and large are stationed mostly outside the cities, to remain to deal with the terrorists...

BBC

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/middle_east/3478339.stm

A powerful car bomb has exploded in the centre of Baghdad, killing up to 25 people.
The blast occurred outside an army recruiting centre, the United States military said. It said all casualties were Iraqis.

Ambulances were seen rushing victims to local hospitals, witnesses said.

The blast comes a day after an apparent suicide car attack outside a police station in Baghdad killed at least 50 people and injured dozens of others.

"Carbombing to intimidate is a loser's move."

Yes. People need to keep this in mind. As a civilization, we've got a loooong rough ride ahead.
