Out of whack is right. Aren't the judges who let him out morally culpable, at least? It's past time to make them legally culpable also.

It has been out of "Whack" for years but remember it ant called the "Criminal Justice System" for nothing.
To hell with honest people and children for lawyers to become rich by sitting on their lazy a$$e$$ they must come up with one scheme right behind the other.
I believe in equal rights and it is about time law abiding citizens are treated with the same equality.
The police cant protect us because of fear of violating a criminals equal protection so it behooves us to become criminals to get protection.
The ABA and Liberals in this country have about succeeded in making America the most violent nation on earth. It wont be many more years that the weird ones can not only get married but will have the right to proposition your 10 year old legally. The legal profession in America has gone bonkers and needs to be reeled in.
Of course when a group is allowed to police itself what do you expect. No group on earth has as much control over America as does lawyers.

The court system is out of whack.

It certainly is … but there is one small thing that could be done to start rectifying the court system:

Publish the names of Judges who let these criminal perverts out on the streets! If these judges are elected – the voters must know who they are. If they are appointed, the politicians who appoint them must catch the voter wrath.

And will probably get to live another 20 years before he is executed. In the meantime poor Carlie will still be dead.
