what I don't get is why no one has come up with the identity of this guy.....he's right there in black and white with very distinctive tatoos and that uniform of some sort....

Can you imagine watching your child being abducted on tape?
On the one hand, I might appreciate knowing exactly what happened, but on the other it might be more terrible!
Perhaps they can take comfort that if the guy finds out he was caught on tape, he'd be more inclined to return her alive and face kidnapping charges (hopefully nothing more) than if he murdered her and faced a sure death sentence. Or so I pray....

I am having trouble believing that NO ONE has identified him yet.
He didn't figure on being video-taped, must have just come off of a job and had to have had contact with the public, not to mention his employer.
Unless he went thru a whole lot of trouble to put on a uniform to fake out his potential victum?

They speculated he looked like a bowling alley mechanic. I believe he had been watching her previously and had deduced that the car wash was a good place to watch her without being seen in one of the bays. He didn't look to see that there was a security camera however. That may or may not have helped the little girl if the guy takes desperate measures knowing they may be able to I.D. him. If he's just a common thug, he should just drop her off somewhere and leave the country.
