[history]
Rep. Doug Quelland, R-Phoenix, caused a stir on Tuesday when he delivered a prayer on the House floor that took aim at multiculturalism, welfare, abortion and "alternative lifestyles."
It was a prayer that has made the rounds on the Internet since 1996 when it was delivered before the Kansas House of Representatives.

We are diverse. We have unique perspectives. And our unique voices should be respected. Unless, of course, we are Christians. In that case, we should be taken out and shot at dawn.

Like vampires in the light. The dems can't handle the truth.

If the other side were really in favor of diversity, they'd welcome Rep. Quelland's prayer and simply answer it with one of their own. Possibly beginning "O Divine Male/Female/Gay/Transgendered Spirit of the Universe Who May or May Not Exist, Depending On How You Look At It..."

Unless, of course, we are Christians. In that case, we should be taken out and shot at dawn. A few years ago I stated on Freepers that Chrstianity would soon be targeted by the Left and it's followers labeled as 'hate criminals'.
You are one step closer. I am not a Christain or any other eastern religion, I do however see that Christian beliefs are under attack from many sides.

He held up a mirror to them and they didn't like what they saw.
Naturally, they're all "offended".
A guilty conscience can be such a pesky little thing.

Those of us in Arizona all need to call Representative Quelland's office, and thank him.

Christ is an offense to many, and a stumbling block to others. So it will be, until every knee bows and professes that He is Lord. It's just a matter of which side of eternity one is on when proclaiming that fact.

Its verboten to condemn the idols the Democrats worship.

Emailed this to most of my mailing list (including a few who have "diverse" views -- the response should be interesting).
