Dennis Miller has usually been happy to spray his acerbic wit across the political spectrum, but things will be different on his new CNBC talk program.

President Bush is in a mock-free zone.

"I like him," Miller explained. "I'm going to give him a pass. I take care of my friends."

The man responds to visual images. Somebody please send him a documentary of an abortion being performed and the change will be complete.

He's conservative on taxes and defense issues but more liberal on social policy, he said.

He is the perfect model of a modern major RINO'mal :)

Sounds like a good show. Should be funny, if nothing else.

Always amazes me how "open-minded" liberals raise a stink whenever conservative views are presented.

He'll get better info from the monkey than any Dem he interviews.

I just want it stated for the record that I had this tagline before he came out with this quote.

"Miller has two words for people concerned about his credentials as host of a quasi-news show: lighten up."

I doubt those were the two words Dennis Miller used!

He is still anti-gun, but then again, so is Bill Oreilly.

Thankfully he's going up against Hannity and Colmes and not Brit or Lou Dobbs. ......so I'll be tuning in for sure.

yes he does... I think he sees how important it is to not let the US go to hell in a handbasket, if for no other reason than for his kids sake.

He's conservative on taxes....

That's a crock of crap. Miller filled in for Hannity back in August 2003 and specifically said, he has no problem with a 50% tax rate. Miller even called himself a "liberal". I agree. This sudden change in Miller's position on taxes lacks credibility. Miller is no conservative.

That's exactly what did it for me. I was 36. The instant I saw the film of my first born in my wife's womb, not only did I become staunchly pro-life, but was horrified that I ever thought otherwise. I was always conservative from a fiscal and national defense standpoint.

I am looking forward to see his show, I miss him since they replaced him with Bill Maher on HBO.

I haven't been able to watch Hannity & Combs since they started spending the first 50 minutes of every show on Laci, Kobe, and Jacko so it's good there is something to fill that timeslot. I hope he whips their ŧ§

Though I am not sure he could pull off a daily show, They should have started him once a week.

I'll never forget when Miller had Christopher Hitchens on his old show. Hitchens called Clinton a "serial rapist" and probably a murderer. Miller's response-"let me know what it feels like to be gang audited".

Dennis Miller = Conservative delivering own thoughts on political and social issues = TV show on established cable/satellite network.

Al Franken = Liberal spouting, reading, bloviating DNC talking points = Radio show on non-existant liberal network.

Can I get an AMEN on that Brotha and Sista FReepahs!
