Ahh, damn, this is just stupid. Ok, the guy who blew the money got caught, but to sell the TV now? What, the taxpayers didn't take it in the shorts the first time, now they gotta take it on the reduction in value because it's used?
Tell the Attorney General to sue the guy for the cost of his TV, ship it to him, and bill the guy for storage fees.

$17,000 with no special capabilities? Just DAMN! I'll keep my 8 year old 31" that set me back $1700 back then. Still works great.
