I don't understand the beef here. Brokers get commissions on their brokered cases as long as they are on the books. Is this a state issue? Are state legislators forbidden from taking their ordinary income from other work while serving? There's no connection between a group health coverage case (CVS would be a huge case as they are nationwide) and a state issue on pharmacy freedom. Are people who know and understand an industry automatically denied a voice in issues concerning those industries? That would be stupid.
